    Added a pint of uncut cherry tomatoes and 1/2 cup carrots diced with a food processor. Ended up with 5 one pint mason jars for the week. Will black Pepper when ready to eat.

    Seemed a little bitter, guessing from the parsley, but low carb is the desired result and rather refreshing served chilled overall, will certainly make again!!
