- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 head cauliflower (organic, trimmed and chopped into small pieces)
- 1.5 oz. white onion (minced)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (chopped into smaller bits in a food processor.)
- 1 tsp. fennel seed
- 2 tsp. italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 14 oz. ragu (Homestyle Pizza sauce, it's the lowest in carb)
- 1 lb. italian sausage (check carb count, should be less than 1 per ounce)
- 2 cups cheese (shredded Italian 5, blend, Kraft makes one with romano, parmesan, provolone, mozzarella, asiago)
