  • 1 head cauliflower (organic, trimmed and chopped into small pieces)
  • 1 1/2 ounces white onion (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (chopped into smaller bits in a food processor.)
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seed
  • 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 14 ounces ragu (Homestyle Pizza sauce, it's the lowest in carb)
  • 1 pound italian sausage (check carb count, should be less than 1 per ounce)
  • 2 cups cheese (shredded Italian 5, blend, Kraft makes one with romano, parmesan, provolone, mozzarella, asiago)
