it was pretty good. i served it over vegetable rice. probably add some garlic next time.

It was good! I added a few other peppers for more flavor. Relatively easy too

Made this dish with all the ingredients and steps listed. Not bad but not great. we ended up turning this into Philly Cheese steak wraps using whole wheat tortilla wraps.
Probably will add some other seasonings next time. (That's just us...)
