I was not happy with these cookies, at all, Just did not like the taste. Oh well, there’s always next time.

Best low carb cookies , but avoid Splenda. The maltodextrin in it spikes your insulin.

It was pretty good. Cookies were real soft so they were a lil crumbly. They tasted really good though.

The first time I made this it was way too sweet I had used 1 cup of stevia as my sugar substitute. The second time I made it I used half a cup of packed Stevia brown sugar and put a pinch of salt it was amazing would definitely make this again

The cookies taste really good and did not crumble. They were a it too sweet for me so next time I will use less of the sweetener. I used 1/2 cup of erythriol in my recipe

Yummy! Easy and quick. I made it with creamy peanut butter and real sugar and omitted the vanilla. I beat the egg before adding the sugar and peanut butter. Made them into walnut sized balls before flattening with fork and got a quantity of 24.

I haven't made yet, but would really like a review of the recipe as stated, not a review on a recipe (Laura S) that someone made up, that is different. (stars have no meaning in this "review", as I had to post something there, but haven't made the recipe....yet..
