    These are very tasty cookies. I added a little more sweetener, according to taste and sometimes toss in a few nsa chocolate chips for an added treat. It's a very easy and lovely recipe.

    Perfect, and I worked out the carb count to be 1.1g per cookie with a batch of 16 cookies. I used Hi-Pro crunchy peanut butter and powdered erythritol 'Natvia' brand.
