- 1 pkg. hot Italian sausage (turkey, or use pork Italian Sausage if you prefer, 19.5 oz)
- 1 jar pasta sauce (low-sugar, 24 oz)
- 1/2 cup fresh basil (chopped, or use a few teaspoons of dried basil or a few tablespoons of basil)
- 2 cups cottage cheese (or Ricotta cheese)
- 4 eggs (beaten well)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1 tsp. Italian herbs
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 4 Parmesan cheese (wraps)
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese (grated)
- 1/3 espresso cup grated Parmesan cheese (additional to sprinkle on top, optional)
