I used the whole egg cuz I'm lazy and it may be the reason mine turned out "eggy" and weird, but not too bad tasting. Reminded me of a crepe. I did microwave it as well. I used dark chocolate chips, so I had a few more carbs, but it was better than eating a real cookie.

I loved it! Made as directed, but used mini chocolate chips. Can’t eat regular Thanksgiving desserts, so I might use this recipe!

Honestly this was so delicious and very filling! Better than any chocolate chip cookie I’ve had! Such a great Cookie? I look for something every night and this was great. I wasn’t sure if it was ok after cooking and having it later and I’m so glad I did. I made 3 all separate and wrapped them up. I microwaved each and perfection
