they turned out really good! i ended up making a little more as i ran out of parm mixture. maybe i over coated them? They cooked up very nice. My husband loved them. the nutritional value is off though. They are not 35 calories per stick, more like 75 and 5.9 grams of fat per stick, and 1 carb. I will definitely make again.
