    It's okay. I added a chopped onion and a half a cup more cheese. Easy to make, just kind of meh.

    Easy and my kids thought it had rice in it, instead of riced cauliflower! Kids loved it and made a burrito with it I skipped the burrito to reduce carbs

    I love this recipe! I used rice instead of cauliflower and Taco flavored cheese. It goes together quickly, it easy and it taste delicious! I will make this again!

    I didn’t have cauliflower so the dish didn’t yield as much but that’s fine. It was still really delicious and I’ll try it again with cauliflower next time!

    Very good. I cut down the cauliflower to about 9 oz so as to have a meatier dish. We all enjoyed it and will definitely make again
