I love this recipe! I’ve been making it for years! I also made it vegan by subbing Tofurky Italian sausage, vegetable broth, plant milk and vegan parmesan and it turned out great!

This was amazing! Easy to make and flavorful (make sure you use a spicy sausage). We did not use the bacon.

Delicious! I added mushrooms and a little more HWC for flavor. This is a definite go-to in my house!

OMG! Okay, I was a little hesitant about this. I am so glad my fiance want to try this one.. It was so dang good.. Will be making this again.

This is amazing!! My kids said they could eat it everyday. I needed to make more servings so I added some chicken broth and some potatoes to make it go further. I didn’t expect my family to love this as much as they did! It was definitely a hit and I’ll be making this again!!

This was so amazingly delicious! I added more broth (chicken) and a tad bit more heavy whipping cream. I also added frozen cauliflower and a lot of kale. Can’t wait to make this again!

I make this tons! I cook up thin sliced radishes and they taste just like potato used in the Olive Garden recipe! It’s so good, entire family loves it!

Very simple in an instant pot. Saute the bacon and sausage then deglaze with broth. Add all ingredients except spinach and whipping cream, soup setting for 5 mins, manual release. Add spinach and whipping cream. I also added kale and bay leaves during cooking

Just finished my bowl. I’ve never had the original, but I really like this. Added mushrooms and red bell peppers since I had to use them. Turned out very nice.

This soup is amazing! I added some yellow squash for a bit more veggie content to ease the kids into eating more, they loved it!
