    It was good I served a variety of taco shells since the whole family is not on Keto The cheese taco shells were a big hit, I’ll make it again it was easy and everyone ate them even with the flour tortilla and other taco shell options

    they were tasty! i would try ground Turkey next time so it's not as greasy. also, good to remember not to make the cheese discs any smaller than 4 in. definitely making these again!

    Super yummy. I didn't like the cupcake holder idea. So I made my own. I took a cup turned it upside down put plastic wrap and a rubber band on the bottom of the plastic wrap and let my cheese cool down on those. Came out way better. Only thing I would say I pat, pat, pat the cheese once it's done cooling.

    This was great! My husband ate his with the cheese shells but I ate mine wrapped in a romaine leaf with the cheese on top. Will be something we eat regularly

    The shells were greasy but so delicious. Make sure you get a cheese you really like! I didn't add the chillis but I added some black olives.

    Meh, not enough to make them tasty. How about some sautéed peppers and onions? The cheese shells were greasy in spite of toweling off twice.

    Was cautious about the cheese tacos but it was actually amazing! My friend also enjoyed it. Only thing I didn’t have was parchment paper and it was harder to get the cheese off of my oiled aluminum.
