I have to be honest I've never been a fan of ranch dressing. I just didn't get how something so mediocre could be so popular. I made this dressing to use as an ingredient in another recipe. Now I'm a convert! This recipe has just the right balance of creaminess, tartness and taste of dill. I used a very thick sour cream and so had to thin it a bit. It's an indredible dip for veggies.
