Ran out of coconut oil, only had 2 & 1/2 Tbsp, used vegetable oil to make up the difference. Didn't have almond flour, so I used 3/4 c unbleached all purpose flour and 1/4 c whole wheat flour. Used large ceramic soup bowls and baked for 17 mins. Turned out great, going to use for sloppy joes tonight.

Surprisingly good! Didn’t have coconut oil so used extra virgin olive oil and added onion flakes, psyllium, flaxseed and topped with sesame seeds . Turned a beautiful brown and were very good and freeze well . Used round baking tins
