These came out perfect! The mixture was a nice texture; I didn’t need to use a muffin tin. I dropped them onto a baking stone and they browned nicely. I did not have sour cream, but mixed 1/4 cup Greek yogurt and 1/4 cup cream cheese to equate the 1/2 cup sour cream. I also added some scallions and a dill and ranch spice. We enjoyed them with breakfast!

Simple instructions, easy to make, doesn't take that long. Using the recipe as it is, the biscuits are very bland. On the next batch i will maybe add more spice, keto sweetner, or a difference butter. I made bacon, egg and cheese biscuits with sugar free syrup.

I liked them but I enjoy low carb food my husband and kids would not eat them. They didn’t like the texture.

We actually use this recipe to make hamburger buns. Add one extra egg if they aren’t too large and spread into burger size flat 1/4” thick rounds on parchment and bake. Perfect for burgers.
