Delicious, beautiful and super simple. I mixed the dough with my hands and it wasn’t nearly as difficult as I anticipated.

Just made these and turned out awesome. We mixed the dough by hand and didn’t have any problems. We did half with the “everything” bagel topping and half topped with Asiago cheese, we liked the cheese better. Next time I would definitely double the recipe to make bigger bagels as I thought these were a little to small and thin. Will be making again soon!
