At first I wasn’t overly keen on it because it tasted too much of cauliflower - a bit bitter - which is not the recipes fault because it is a cauliflower soup. But day 2 it was absolutely delicious. All the flavours were perfectly balanced but I always think soup tastes better the second day, am I the only one?
