I used an extra egg, 3/4 c coconut milk & broth... still soupy... I used more cumin & paprika...and garlic & onion. It was very good... my husband who is on keto loved it & my son who has Candida will put it over rice & love the “juice.”

This was tasty as advertised. I added some garlic, onion, and some diced carrot. Next time I will try coconut milk instead of cream. Thanks for the recipe. I know I’ll try other variations soon.

Really liked it. I used a frozen riced cauliflower risotto mix. I added chopped onion to that and also added sliced mushrooms to ground beef when sautéing. Filling and satisfying.

Its ok not the best I’ve tasted but it’s ok maybe more spices would spike it up

We liked this, but I did add cheese. It did have too much liquid from the cauliflower, but I just drained it off.

I would make this again! I added mushrooms and corn as well as some garlic to the ground beef as it was cooking and it was quite good!

This was pretty good. I changed some of the spices because I don’t love cumin or oregano. I used garlic and dried onion with the paprika. I cut the broth to 1/2 cup and it wasn’t watery at all. The coconut milk gave it a slightly sweet taste so I may try almond milk if I make it again. I really liked the slivered almonds on top of the casserole-they gave it a satisfying crunch.

Good flavour but still too wet. I doubled meat and spices with 3/4 c broth and cream and 2 eggs and still had to drain 2/3 cup of fluid from cooked casserole

Turned out watery but the spice is really good added jalapeños jack cheese and broiled for 4 minutes at the end. Otherwise, unfortunately, not that great. Probably won't make again.

Excellent! I didn't have any sliced almonds however so I had to use slivered almonds instead. I'm sure it changed the text you're somewhat but it turned out great anyway

I replaced the cream with fat-free sour cream to drop the calories a bit, but the end result was still very delicious. The cauliflower was soft and creamy in texture and the hamburger was spicy. Definitely a simple, yet very enjoyable dinner to make on a weeknight.

My casserole didn't firm up. I think another egg might help. Great flavor . All liked this. Made 6 servings for me.

This was a good meal for a diabetic. My husband loved it. Made no changes but did not have any oregano so I put in some parsley.
