- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup sour cream (or use plain Greek yogurt if you prefer)
- 4 Tbsp. grated Parmesan (coarsely)
- 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 2 cups diced ham (I used a whole ham steak from Costco, which was slightly more than 2 cups)
- black pepper (to taste)

it was easy and delicious! i used jalapeño cheddar chrese and it gave the dish a nice kick

A great meal! A little challenging to make because of so many dishes and steps, but I would definitely make it again.

Loved this! Our oven stopped working so we had to make it like a skillet and it still turned out fantastic! This will be added into our regular rotation

Added extra cheese and made rice on the side for the non-keto eaters. Turned out great.

Only modified to use some red pepper flakes to give a little kick to the sauce! Came out well! Had two family members on low-carb diets and they loved it.
