- 1/2 lb. deli turkey (sliced, Turkey that's not sliced too thin will work best, I used the sliced roasted turkey from Costco.)
- 4 oz. diced green chiles (drained)
- 2 oz. cream cheese (regular or light)
- 8 tortillas (low-carb, 8-10 inch size)
- 3 tortillas (different brands of low-carb, but there are lots of good ones.)
- 1 cup mozzarella (grated, or other cheese of your choice, use reduced-fat cheese if desired)
- olive oil (for misting or brushing the pan, or use non-stick spray if you prefer)
- sour cream (for serving, optional)
- salsa (for serving, optional)
