Excellent flavor combination. I added taco seasoning. Close enough to French fried potatoes to warrant making them regularly. Jicama was hard to peel but easy to slice into shoestring pieces. With roast chicken, green and wax beans, the total net carbs were 9 grams.

The consistency of these fries was weak. After following the directions to the letter, they still were a little too undone for my tastes.

Not as crispy as I would have liked but really tasty and different!
