- 1 cup cauliflower (riced)
- 1/3 peas (frozen cup, and carrots, optional, but I like veggies)
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 2 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. garlic powder (or 2 diced cloves - I just didn't have any fresh!)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. all-spice
