I've made this smoothie recipe twice. The first time as written, and it was delicious!! Nice cool and creamy. Will be perfect for hot summers in Texas!
The second time I added 1 scoop of plant protein powder for a meal replacement smoothie, tasted very nice and it added a little bit more consistency.
I definitely recommend this smoothie as written, as far as adding a protein powder, i would pick one that is not chalky and blends smoothly.
