Eating these made me feel as though I were cheating on my low carb diet. These were absolutely delicious AND easy to make. I'm impressed with almond flour, it held everything together perfectly. I'll be keeping this recipe on my top 25 low carb list and sharing it with my friends.

They turned out okay, but they were a tad bland. They're essentially just biscuits of pizza cheese, so without seasonings or dipping sauce, they're nothing special. That being said, they're good with marinara.
