    great! used dill pork rhines for a little kick. super good!

    Highly impressed! This was delicious. I ended up using very spicy (hot) pork skins and then added some Italian seasoning to this and the Parmesan mixture. I ran out of eggs and instead used butter to adhere the crumb mixture. I also used homemade sauce and fresh mozzarella, with fresh basil on top. Wonderful!
