Turned out great!! Didnt use frozen broccoli and still had lots of liquid at the bottom but still tasted good!

Turned out fantastic. I didn't have riced cauliflower, but thinly sliced cauliflower worked just as well. There was a good amount of liquid in the casserole dish, so extra oil wasn't really necessary, but that is an adjustment for next time.

Make sure you don't use frozen broccoli or cauliflower rice, otherwise you're gonna get a lot of liquid on the bottom; if you don't mind that, it still tastes just fine! Personally used a little more cheddar for the topping once I brought it out and it was really good. Also added some copped onions since I was out of onion powder. It's a good recipe for low carbs and I'll probably make it again!
