This is my new fave! I am pre-diabetic and my doctor has advised to eat low carb, sugar free for the most time. This is a perfect alternate to the real thing and I won’t trade it for the moment. Recipe was overall, easy and on point.

really good substitute for potatoe, really healthy and really yummy. didnt realize is this good till i made it

This came out amazing!! Quick and easy. Instead of using a crock pot to soften the cauliflower I boiled it in water on the stove top. Next time I'll sprinkle cheddar cheese and green onions on top.
