- 16 chicken thighs (b oz, boneless, skinless, cut into pieces)
- 1 cup okra (chopped, thaw if frozen)
- 1 cup peppers (diced)

- 12 oz. italian chicken sausage (Never Any Mild)
- 1 cup grape tomatoes (chopped)

This meal was overall a good recipe. I am from Louisiana and the taste was true to Cajun flavor. The reason for the 4 stars is because the amount of Cajun Seasoning I found was just too spicy. Maybe it is because of the type of Cajun seasoning that I used (Tony's Chachere Creole Seasoning) has more spice. If you are planning on making this be careful of the amount of seasoning used. I also added 2 Bay Leaves, juice from one lemon, 1lb Shrimp, 1 lb Clams, 8 Crab Claws and only 5 Chicken Thighs. I will definitely make this again!

Once again directions are embedded inside of a memoir and the entire thing had a lot of grammatical errors. Part of my rating of the review. No dedicated direction area and grammatical errors.
The meal was fine… I would suggest both browning the sausage and chicken. As well as a nice sauté of the veggies before doing anything else. Very mushy and not crisp if you follow the directions to a Tee.

This turned out really good! Will put it in rotation. I seasoned the chicken thighs before and added green and yellow onions and used a hickory smoked mixed sausage. Also used chicken stock.

I made some adjustments—I didn’t use chicken, as a “new or leaner” that is not a thing for non-gumbo.. of course I incorporated green onions. Also use diced tomatoes— all that was on hand. My biggest 👎🏽 using frozen okra that had thawed-made it a bit soupy, hence 4 ⭐️. Overall, recipe was a tasteful -a keeper!
