- 1/2 cup avocado (mashed, scooped out of the 2 avocados you cut in half to start with)

- 1 Tbsp. sugar (buffalo sauce, free, I used Archie Moore brand)

We enjoyed this. Easy & good flavor. I only had frozen avocado pieces on hand so I put it in my food processor along with the other ingredients & blended it to a creamy sauce. I then mixed it with the shredded chicken & served with low carb tortillas. I definitely will make it again.
