I used these as a dinner main dish with steamed veggies and a pasta salad (for my fiance'). We all really liked them even my toddler. I left the sauces off for her, of course. I didn't have cheese or ranch powder mix, so I used bottled ranch dressing. It made it a bit wetter (and messier) to roll by hand, so I used two spoons and dropped them. I also ended up pan cooking them in olive oil instead of baking to avoid turning on the oven. All changes worked well. Next time I may make them into patties.
