The perfect bite or snack. A little sweet, a little nutty, and a nice zing from the cinnamon. Recipe came out perfectly as per directions. The muffins are not large but are satisfying. I freeze half and pop them in the microwave for 20 seconds to defrost. Also like to take along on hikes for a little extra fuel. Good staple to have on hand.
