    I used Turkey Sausage, red bell pepper and the rest of the recipe was the same. I’m not normally a breakfast person or a casserole person but it was pretty good! We’ll have to see how it is reheated tomorrow morning to know if it works good for meal prep.

    This was delicious and filling. I used ground deer meat from a buddy and it was wonderful! very easy to make and plenty of servings. Thank you for sharing.

    My family loved this version of Breakfast Casserole. It was so easy to assemble and baked beautifully. There weren't many leftovers but they reheated well and were very much appreciated. My husband remarked that he definitely wants me to make it again and often.
    IT WAS QUITE GOOD A VERY EASY TO FOLLOW. HUBBY AND I LOVED IT. VERY SAVORY.

    Floyd was thinking "more hot sauce" how about a little Tex-Mex ? Instead of sausage use chorizo and ditch the red peppers for a small can of green chiles.
