    This was very good. We only used 8 eggs and 1 cup of cheese to cut the sodium down in it. Really easy to make.

    I love this recipe for dinner and breakfast. I made it for dinner and it was good reheated the next day. I added some extra bacon, mushrooms, and spinach to make it a bit heartier for a dinner meal.
