Best breakfast I’ve made in a long time. I used a mix of red & green peppers, tomato, onion, mushroom and broccoli. Mine weren’t pretty but they were good.

Great! I used black forest ham with jalapenos, mushrooms, tomatoes and bell peppers. was able to keep it together and it browned perfectly. Definitely a keeper recipe.
I ended up using turkey slices instead of ham but it turned out nicely. For my vegetables, I used colored bell peppers, onion, zucchini, and squash. It was absolutely delicious. I browned both sides of the turkey and it looks just like the picture. I also put sour cream and salsa on top, I would definitely make this recipe again. Though I don't believe it took 25 minutes, then again I may just have no sense of time.

I wisked my egg mixture as it cooked. I also got Black Forest ham sliced at the deli. I recommend a 2 setting. Used bell pepper, onion and tomato and seasoned with Tony Chacheres because my daughter likes it. Wonderful! Recipe is a keeper!

Couldn't keep "ham" burrito together to brown and eat. Fell apart on me.

Really good option for a healthy breakfast. Pretty easy to make and to follow the recipe. And looks like the picture!
