I did some substitutions to suit what I had in the cupboard (1:1 GF flour, sugar); and used a buttered and floured bundt pan, cooking for 45 minutes. It's just barely sweet, like a good shortbread cookie or biscotti. Everyone loved how the crust turned out. It's a good starting point to create other pound cakes.
