    Very good for a low carb alternative to cheesecake! I added a teaspoon of almond extract and had a few sliced strawberries with it.

    It was relatively unpleasant. The texture was both chalky and gluey. The taste was almost non-existent. Very bland - most definitely a waste of calories.
    This went together pretty easily and I added a little more vanilla as well as a tsp of cinnamon. It baked up really nicely and after cooling a bit it tasted really good. I may add some other flavoring next time. Thanks for the recipe

    Being on the ketos diet and staying within the guideline is harder than you think it would be and I wanted something sweet but I wanted to continue all the good work. I found this recipe and I am a ricotta cheese lover so its just what I was craving. I also found a ricotta raspberry ice cream without the cream and it is wonderful too. I would make this even if was not counting carbs!
