- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. curry paste (Mae Ploy, can use Thai Kitchen red curry paste to substitute)
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 tsp. rice wine (vingear, can sub with white winte vinegar)
- 4 Tbsp. brown sugar (Swerve)
- fresh cilantro (or basil for garnish, optional)
