I made this crust for a key lime pie. It was delicious. I even prefer it to some of my regular pie crust recipes.

I used this for Quiche Lorraine - did not build crust up on edges - baked for an hour @ 400 and then 350. It didn’t burn and was truly excellent with this. I will be using this for quiche in the future regardless of the diets currently underway in the family. And this method works much easier with almond flour than trying to roll it out as with pastry. So simple! So good!
