- 1 lb. pork ribs (lean boneless, can use a pork loin roast as well trimmed and cut into 1-inch cubes)
- 1/2 lb. smoked sausage (cut into 1/2-inch cubes)
- 1/2 cup beef stock (can substitute chicken or vegetable stock)
- 8 tsp. fresh Parmesan cheese (shaved or finely shredded)
- 6 tsp. fresh flat leaf parsley (chopped)
