I added some more salt and pepper. Next time I will definitely keep some more gravy with the meat. It turned out a bit dry at the end. Overall was a nice complete meal for lunch

This was not low-calorie at all! The recipe says it has 300 cals/1 of 5 servings! NOT 150 like on Yummly. Shopper beware--- don't buy all your ingredients before you look at the recipe like I did. I don't like my casserole, either because I had to leave out the rice and some cheese an used less sauce. Yuck.
