    I really like this casserole. It is lean, has great textures and I usually have all the ingredients on hand. Simply adjust your amounts when layering to get the consistency you prefer. Very easy to pull together, healthy, flavorful, economical. My family enjoys it very much 👍👍

    This was not low-calorie at all! The recipe says it has 300 cals/1 of 5 servings! NOT 150 like on Yummly. Shopper beware--- don't buy all your ingredients before you look at the recipe like I did. I don't like my casserole, either because I had to leave out the rice and some cheese an used less sauce. Yuck.
