- 1 1/2 tsp. Tabasco Sauce (or hot sauce, to taste)
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 cups cooked chicken breasts (diced, see shopping tip)

Absolutely love this. I used a tablespoon of chilli sauce instead of tobasco and ended up putting 500g of chicken in. I'd recommend shredding the chicken quite a bit before adding it to the mix, personally. I also reduced it down quite a bit before adding the spinach for a thicker soup.
