    It’s good, made some minor tweaks but but would make it again.

    Very nice! The way I approached it was by adding some veggies I had that I wanted to use up. I added 1 medium sized carrot, 2 sticks of celery, and chopped up a garlic clove. I also used raw black beans and lemon juice. Instead of blending it first, I cooked all the veggies together with olive oil and then added some butter. I let it cook for a bit, added the cumin and garlic salt as well as the cilantro. I added the beans, let it cook a bit more, added the water with chicken stalk, then I blended it together and added the remaining beans to it after. Tastes great! Thank you for the great idea!
