This banana bread is so good and low calorie! If you leave the frosting off, there's no sugar at all. It's great for my weight loss journey.

- 1/3 cup Truvia (or 1 cup sugar, Use Stevia)
- 1/4 cup butter (softened)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 large egg whites

- Preheat oven to 350°. Combine sugar and butter in a bowl Beat with a mixer at medium speed until well blended. Add banana, milk, sour cream, and egg whites
