Yum! I added some chunked pineapple! I baked it in a regular sized loaf pan for 50 minutes. The loaf was a little flatter than I expected but tasted really good. I calculated 1/10th of the loaf was 100 calories! Score! Will definitely be making this again!

I changed it a little bit: I only used 1/2 cup of flour and 1/3 cup of sugar to decrease the calories even more it came out more like a moist cake texture but it was delicious!! 10/10 will be making again!

This banana bread is delicious! It's really moist and has such a nice flavour. The only thing is, I had to bake each mini loaf for 30 minutes instead of 20. I will definatly be making it again!
Edit:
I made it again, but in a normal loaf pan and baked it for 50 minutes and it came out even better than before! The taste and texture is more banana bread-y and it's delicious. Although this time it was a bit too sweet, so next time I might reduce the sugar to 1/3 cup.
Edit again:
I made this in the big loaf again, but I used 1/3c sugar & replaced the apple sauce w/ melted, salted butter (I omitted in the salt in recipe). I don't think it rose at all (It was super dense & short), but the taste was interesting. You could taste the nice butter, it was eggy, but not in a bad way; almost like a custard and the sweetness level was perfect (didn't leave you w/ an overly sweet taste in your mouth.) It was definately not banana bread this time, it was its own thing, but it was very good!
