Description
Potato mash made with cabbages, a splash of milk and Hellmann's mayonnaise
Ingredients

- 500 grams potatoes
- 4 mayonnaise (dollops* Hellmnann's Real)
- 150 grams cabbage
- 1 white onion (large)
- 25 mL milk (semi-skimmed)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil

Directions
- Peel the potatoes. Boil in unsalted water for 20 minutes, or until soft.
- Meanwhile, blanch the cabbage.
- When cooked, mash the potatoes with the milk and mayonnaise.
- Fry the onions in oil until caramelised, then add the cabbage.
- Fry together over a medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Add to the mash and serve.
