  • 1/4 pound chorizo sausage (spanish-style, use a food processor or 1/4 lb other spicy cured sausage, finely chopped, use a food processor)
  • 1/2 green bell pepper (large, seeded and finely chopped)
  • 11 ounces diced tomatoes (can rotel, and green chilies, undrained)
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
