- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 pkg. Jimmy Dean® Premium Pork Regular Sausage
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 cup finely chopped carrot
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
- 1/2 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme
- kosher salt
- freshly ground black pepper

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine sauce ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat; reduce heat cook and stir over low heat 5 minutes or until hot. Set aside to cool.
- Place sausage and ground beef in a large bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of sauce; mix lightly. Set aside.
