- 1 sugar (Tblspn)
- 60 mL oil
- 2 soya flour (Tblspns, or Gram flour if allergic to Soya)
- 1 fructose (tspn)
- 1 quick yeast (tblspn)
- 1 glycerine (Tspn)
- 350 mL water (This is approximate)
