- 1 Tbsp. Shaoxing rice wine
- 1 tsp. granulated sugar

- 1 cup yellow onion (thinly sliced)

- 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger (peeled and minced)
- 1/2 cup mushrooms (dried black Chinese, rehydrated and sliced)
- 3 cups baby bok choy (rinsed and chopped)
