- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice (or lemon if you prefer)
- 3 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 3 red wine vinegar (splashes)
- ground black pepper (Freshly)
- 3 sauce (splashes of Whorsersire)
- meat (Place, in marinade for as long as you can., Four hours is perfect-but I did it in two and it was still great!)
- 2 cups mushrooms (or so, in some olive oil until slightly cooked, NOT too much! Remove from heat.)
- 1 cup red wine
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch (mixed with a bit of water, mind you...)
- 1/4 tsp. rosemary (or a fe springs of fresh, minced)
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- salt (to taste)

Perfect! Followed directions for mushrooms & sauce exactly and then added in thinly sliced, very rare, London Broil (leftover from the night before). Add the meat just minutes before serving over rice, noodles and/or toasted bread

The recipe is solid. I have cooked for many years so I tend to look at a recipe and use it as a base and make my own version if it. so I used olive oil and montreal seasoning to marinade the steak for a day then grilled it until medium rare. I also used portobello mushrooms rather then white mushrooms and it was amazing!!
