It was very good. The meat was nice and tender. I used beef broth instead of water, for more flavor, and added some red potatoes and baby carrots to the pot.

I love London broil and was so excited when I found a slow cooker recipe thinking it would be perfect for days I worked. I followed the recipe exactly and it was very dry, bland, & tough. I would never make this again and do not recommend.

I added a few steps because I was also making beef stock with two bone marrows and this was delicious. First, i browned the bones and the London broil on all sides. I also added a packet of onion dip mix because of a similar recipe I had read. I put more water since I was making a stock and cooked it for about five hours and removed the Broil. It was delicious!

It was pretty good. I did double the recipe, but used 3 cans of cream of mushroom soup. I also added sautéed mushrooms and onions. I made a rue to thicken up the sauce too. It was good served over egg noodles.
